If we connect them to ethernet, then connect to VPN to their corporate network, then unplug the ethernet, they are able to stay connected to the WiFi and have internet access. They cannot connect to the VPN or browse the internet even though I'm remoted in. Once I'm remoted in and we unplug the ethernet, they lose internet connection but I am somehow able to stay remoted in. In the settings of the openvpn connect app, in advanced settings there is checkbox that says, Allow local DNS resolvers, enable this setting if you need to allow DNS requests to 127 0 0 1. Both cases have computers that are on seperate domains. AirVPN support is downright hostile to whomever questions them in the slightest.I have now seen two cases where this has happened. Hopefully, this review will convince at-least 5 people to not use Air and undo the wrong I did in recommending them. This was 1 or 2 years ago and to this day, they still use Air. I am ashamed to say that before all this happened, I did recommend Air to 5 of my friends and all of them bought subscriptions.
